Essay is a reflection work on the experience gained during the course of a cooperative enterprise.
During the course a group work was carried out which carried out the project of a cooperative company (I attach the presented project). I always attach my draft on the history and reflections on the project which are essential for the writer to be able to develop the paper.
Essay requires to reflect a cooperative learning. For this reason, it is essential that the writer see the video (link https://we.tl/b-hmBNypobz0 ) and read and refer to the attached readings.
The third part of the essay requires a general reflection on how co-operative can improve citizens’ lives. In the FAQ that I attach there are interesting ideas to answer this question and a biography to consult.
I also enclose a presentation (Tutorial 3) that provides important information on how to write essay.
The Brief
Using a range of academic sources and your reflections upon your own experiences (i.e. your experience of being part of a co-operative enterprise with specific responsibilities for one aspect of the business plan) please address the following questions and issues in your paper.
1. According to the literature on co-operative learning and participation, what challenges are faced by co-operative members, as they seek to combine individual skills and enthusiasm with a set of collective values and principles?
2. Please describe specific challenges, relating to co-operation, that you faced in developing your business plan and comment on: (i) the nature of the challenge; (ii) the way you responded to the challenge; (iii) what have you learned about co-operation through engaging with these challenges.
3. To what extent do you believe that co-operators are better equipped to contribute to the life of a nation as citizens? [For example, you could reflect upon the extent to which you were committed to core co-operative values before the module began (i.e. self-help, self-responsibility, equity, solidarity, democracy and equality) and how your experience of being part of a co-operative enterprise has strengthened or weakened your commitment to these values? Alternatively, you may wish to focus on the co-operative experience in another part of the world, to suggest how co-operatives have contributed to the life of a nation.]

The data for this personal reflective paper will be generated from your experience as a co-operator in the group work component of this module and comprises your reflections upon the challenges of working together. You are advised to keep notes of how your group co-operates together. This task will be facilitated if you read the Co-operative Learning Literature available.”
It is required to give a title to the essay.
The brief is structured in 3 parts. You must address all three parts of the brief. However, the sequence in which you answer these questions is up to you.
Whatever structure you decide upon, it will be helpful to use subtitles to structure your paper to show which question you are addressing.
The importance of Academic Sources
The module handbook contains lots of references to Co-operative literature. Some of the most important for this paper are associated with session 3 on the Philosophy of Co-operative Working. You need to reference these academic sources in your paper!
Personal Reflection
As you read, you hopefully will be able to identify concepts that relate to your experience in your Co-operative Group. For example, Johnson and Johnson (2005) introduce the idea of social interdependence theory and positive interdependence. You might wish to explain this concept and then reflect upon how just being a member of a group is not sufficient to drive positive interdependence. For example, you could reflect upon other group work you have been involved with on your degree programme and analyse whether your group experience was different on this module and why.
