This section should define and discuss the problem issue and the methods used to assess how the subject of this application addresses the solution to the identified problem issue. The need is the funding to bring the speaker, Cory Jewel Jensen to our local area to educate Multidisciplinary Team members about sex offenders. The cost is $5000.
