I’m studying for my Business class and don’t understand how to answer this. Can you help me study?

1. Use the link https://www.16personalities.com/free-personality-test for 16 Personalities. The page will be the first page of a self-assessment for your personality type. The assessment will include a few pages of questions. It took me about ten minutes at the most to answer them all. Read them carefully so you answer the questions accurately but try not to over think them. If you have taken a personality assessment before, you will likely have similar results.

a. Provide your results indicating the higher percentage for Mind (Introvert/Extrovert), Energy (iNtuitive,obServant), Nature (Thinking/Feeling), Tactics (Judging/Prospecting), and Identity (Assertive/Turbulent). I am INTJ-A or Introvert,Intuitive, Thinking, Judging and Assertive.

a. What is your personality type using both the initials and the words. I am INTJ-A so I would include the letters along with the words Introvert, iNtuitive, Thinking, Judging, and Assertive. This matches me so very well. If yours is not a match, try taking it again. Some of the questions are vague and you may have answered them thinking the question was asking one thing or you may have just answered wrong.

b. After you have received your results, go to the page to learn about your personality. Read the following sections:

Strengths and Weaknesses
Workplace Habits
Also, click on “What’s the Difference?” in the big box at the top of the page under the personality type once you are in the “Explore this type” section.

c. After reading these pages, tell me what you learned about your personality that will make you a good team player and leader. Provide details – remember the criteria for a good faith response.

d. Now think about “you” as your employee. How would you “manage” you to get the very best out of you? Please use the descriptions provided to assist you rather than just your personal preferences. I want you to think more broadly. Think about the communication you may have, the environment you might provide, the type of assignments, how detailed you are, how often you “check in” with you. Be detailed.

e. How might you be a “challenging” employee for your manager? Read again and see what traits you have that a manager would struggle with. These aren’t things that make you a “bad” employee but areas that some managers might struggle with.

Select two of these components that you need to improve on to be a better team member and future leader. Explain why you think you improving these areas will make you a stronger leader. Be detailed and reference information from the text AND the video in the CPA folder.

4. Why is self-awareness important for being a good manager? Can you think of some specific negative consequences that might result from a manager with low self-awareness?

5. Read Section 10.2 (attachment) Job Satisfaction and Trust. Most people are happier and healthier when they have positive feelings about their jobs and the organization for which they work. In a short essay, evaluate the relationship between job satisfaction, employee trust in management, and commitment organizational. Indicate if you believe job satisfaction or trust in management is a greater factor in creating higher employee performance.
