The study will focus on developing strategic advice that will enable the government to achieve the set goal, “by 2030, at least 5 Saudi universities will rank amongst the top 200 universities worldwide”. The study will provide a deeper analysis of the problems the Saudi Arabian sphere of education currently faces, and will suggest solutions that would overcome the problems so that the general program would be on route the 2030 Saudi Vision roadmap. It is only natural that the issues and problems at hand must be considered from the education and economic perspective due to the multifaceted nature of the problems. Thus, this study will: 1. Determine what factors influence the development of Saudi Universities and those that will allow them to be recognized amongst the best universities in the world

The pathway to become integrated into the world educational community applying global standards, yet maintaining the Saudi identity.” Secondly, I need the paper to talk about: (Part: 1) Research Approach: It’s a Qualitative study and why it’s not Quantitative. It’s Exploratory – Interpretivism It’s induction: starts with Data then Analysis and finally the Theory or the Results. (Part: 2) The tools will be used: (A) interviews and (B) documents reviewing. Interviews with: key people in the National Centre for Academic Accreditation & Evaluation in Saudi Arabia as well as some in top positions in universities such as the following: – Deanship of Research, – Deanship of Admission and Registration, – Academic Accreditation Unit, – Deanship of Quality Affair, in different Saudi universities and UK universities. -Talk about the participants why they are chosen that’s because they have the needed information and data for the study. They will be interviewed for about 45 minutes and they will be asked various questions in the strategies of climbing universities ranking tables and perhaps the obstacles and problems they may have. – Talk about why these two tools are used in this study, and why not other tools. You keep the language not very high level. You need to use at least 30 resources.
