This assignment builds on Assignment One where you identified a community (Women) and undertook an initial needs analysis. Here, you will take this further by developing an action strategy. A SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat) analysis is one approach that can be taken but it is up to you to determine what is appropriate for your community and their needs. This is about you being able to convey to a specific audience (typically the community) the action plan and bring it to life. This component of the assignment is about conveying information but also about being persuasive, inclusive and engaging the audience. It is an opportunity to test the action plan and consider how it will come across and what features will make it attractive to the relevant audience.
