Remember, you should focus on one exchange, not the entire plot of the episode. Based on what you have learned in Chapters 8 and 9 of Bevan and Sole (2014), write a two-page paper explaining why the conflict was not handled effectively and describe the strategies that could have been used to resolve this conflict.
