In a place like the call centre, after a careful analysis of last year’s results we realised that we needed to introduce a programme that would facilitate, motivate and improve agents’ results, from a personal and corporate point of view.
S.T.E.P. “Sales Technique Elite Program” is a Training programme lasting 6 weeks designed to offer support and dedicated training to a group new people in a supportive and controlled environment.
The program is designed to improve sales skills, techniques & motivation.
It will support as a preventative measure to the Performance Improvement Process.
The goal at the end of the six weeks is to measure the results achieved.
Areas to be measured include: Call Stats, KPI, Average order size, Target level, Motivation and sales speech.

3 PROJECT INITIATION
3.1 EXPLAIN THE BENEFITS OF USING A BUSINESS CASE DOCUMENT AND OUTLINE THE MAIN COMPONENTS OF THE DOCUMENT.

A business case is the very first document where we present the project to the senior management. It explain why we should do a project, explaining the benefits of the project including a business needs, Analysis of the situation, how benefits will be measured.
