The importance of the hypothesis within the healthcare field and getting an analysis determines rather or not it is valid. When it comes to patient healthcare, it will help if the healthcare professional receives the correct information on the patient. With the job that I work as a Patient Representative Scheduler, I currently make outbound calls to patients that is need of a test. With this task I run into a lot of disconnected calls because someone on the front end of the appointment didn’t receive correct information from the patient. I start out with a certain amount of patient that is needing to be scheduled and by the end of the day there is so many scheduled and many not scheduled because of the incorrect information int he patient file. When I have the right information for the patient I get a good response from the patient, this is what you call patient reaction/response.
