Historically, healthcare vendors have been able to walk in the front door of a healthcare organization (HCO) and not face any scrutiny. Given new security concerns, HCO’s are requiring that all visitors, including vendors, sign-in at a kiosk and wearing a printed badge. Vendors will be resistant because it slows down their work.
